If you have dry skin or live in a place that gets cold you will love my favorite moisturizing lotion. I use it for my hands, feet, elbows and other body parts. You need to avoid your eyes, private parts and mucous membranes and it’s best to use it after a bath or shower when you skin is damp. AmLactin both hydrates and exfoliates. When it it takes the top layer of old skin off, it leaves your skin looking younger and healthier.

AmLactin Ultra Moisturizing Cream
AmLactin can be purchased at CVS, Walgreens, Target and Shoprite and on-line. It comes in lotion for over all body and a cream form which is heavier for severely dry parts. . It both moisturizes and exfoliates (takes off top layers of skin).
It’s too strong to use on the face.
